Return & Exchange

Lavayin gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days from the date your order shipped.

We offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order shipped.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to pay the shipping fee.

1.Exchange or Return for a Refund

The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible, please make sure that.

-The product is in its original packaging

-The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To return the products, please submit items change request to customer service via service@lavayin.com. 

2.Purchase Not Eligible for Return:

  • Final sale items
  • Swimwear 
  • Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories

Please email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request.

After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required.

3.Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

4.Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via service@lavayin.com. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

5.Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount and send an email when processing your return.
  • Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed.
